olt 5680t光猫下挂PC能访问vlan接口的地址吗？

在电信定制光猫8145c5新建连接vlan 43 连接模式为桥接绑定光猫网口3，在网口下挂PC，PC网口192.168.1.3/24,在olt上display mac-address vlan 43能看到透传上来的PC mac地址初步判断业务流没有问题了。能否在该PC上访问olt上vlan43的接口地址192.168.1.2，现场测试PC ping不通olt，在olt上ping 192.168.1.3电脑网口的地址也不通，需要在olt上配置路由吗？按道理二层通信应该是不需要路由的吧？
