朋友们大家好！

我是衡驰企业管理咨询的猎头顾问Cherry,目前我在帮Maxim（美信半导体）公司招聘Power FAE，直接汇报给Sales Director。地点在上海张江，职位介绍如下：

Overview

1.This FAE will be based in Shanghai, joining an elite FAE organization that strives to deliver innovative solutions that add value to customers.

2.As part of our dynamic FAE team, you will work to develop a winning strategy to grow design wins, customer relationships, revenue growth, and overall position in the semiconductor market.

3.This position will have high visibility within all departments and requires account ownership and accountability.

Responsibilities

1.Support and provide coverage to regional customers for technical initiative, discussion and debugging activities.

2.Focusing on power products used in cloud and data center

3.Work closely with Sales to support sales plan/goal at desired customer from technical perspective.

4.Provide technical support and consult to sale team and customer to enable key project design in/win.

5. Bridge customer and business units for product promotion and product definition.

6. Provide lab and onsite support and debugging to solve customer technical issues.

7.Win projects and socket to enable account sales plan.

8.Gather and summarize customer technical requirement for industry trend analysis and technical discussions.

Skills

1. BSEE or MSEE with at least 8 years experiences in Semiconductor.

2.Knowledge in Power, specifically in DC-DC power design

3.Good interpersonal skills, proactive & self-starter.

4.Ability to handle multiple customers/projects simultaneously.

5.Good written and oral English will be better.
