During a processor recovery, each common UNIX * Real-Time Reliable (RTR)
operating system process produces a 16-digit hexadecimal success or failure
processor recovery message (PRM) after execution. Approximately every 2
seconds, a PRM can be printed out on the maintenance teletypewriter (MTTY)
and the receive-only printer (ROP) and sent to the switching control center
(SCC).
