The main functions of the Common NBAP are:
1. Setup of the first RL of one UE, and selection of the traffic termination point
2. Cell configuration
3. Handling of the RACH/FACH and PCH channels
4. Initialisation and reporting of Cell or Node B specific measurement
5. Fault management
The main functionsof the Dedicated NBAP are :
1. Addition, release and reconfiguration of radio links for one UE context
2. Handling of dedicated and shared channels
3. Handling of softer combining
4. Initialisation and reporting of radio link specific measurement
5. Radio link fault management
這是我從書上摘的<WCDMA FOR UMTS>﹐如果很難找到這類書﹐我看你只好去3GPP自己
讀了。其實書上也是從3GPP上總結的。
