一个是GSM的智能网协议，一个是CDMA的智能网协议。比较总觉得CDMA的差一些。
例如在预付费方面，CAMEL可以通过Apply Charging向MSC下发通话时间（如一次下发15分钟），这对于预防runaway call和runaway charging是一个很大的便利；然而在CDMA，因为没有类似的机制，所以要设计一套很麻烦的MSC Recovery,PPC Recovery方法，实现起来很麻烦，虽然有一个sanity check，但也只是充当heartbeat，如果MSC或者PPC发生FAILURE，起不到实际作用。
不知道是不是我理解上有问题，还是漏掉了些什么东西，，，，希望交流以下。。。

2. The recovery measures described in this annex are intended to minimize the
impacts due to runaway calls (ongoing calls for which the PPC SLP is not
executing) or runaway charging (calls which have ended but for which the PPC
SLP has not received disconnect information).
7. This annex proposes the use of a sanity check procedure and the use of the
CallControlDirective operation by the PPC SLP as a heartbeat check of call
status at reasonable time intervals. This mechanism can be used to address
runaway calls, runaway charging, and to provide a limited retry mechanism for
sequencing notifications when the threshold has been reached during the
temporary failure. If used, the sanity check time interval should be configurable and chosen to provide a suitable time interval for status checking and to avoid overloading the network with heartbeat messages.
