1、Node B软件开发工程师
Responsibilities:
·          NodeB system software design & implementation.
Requirements:
·          2++ years design and developing experience in large scale telecommunication system is preferred
·          Development experience in 3G/CDMA/GSM NodeB/BTS
·          Development experience in NBAP, ALCAP, SSCOP, FP, SNMP/OAM, and Vxworks, etc.
·          Good knowledge in WCDMA basestation
·          Skillful in C, C++.

2、电信计费软件工程师 （for media switch）
Background requirement:
·     Bachelor or Master degree of computer science.
·     5 years of experience in software development with deep understanding of OO technology.
·     Familiar with telecom operations, operation support system, customer care system, billing system and object-oriented modeling technology. ·     Hands-on experience with C++, Oracle database, Unix operation systems.
·     With understanding of market and technical trends in network developments.
·     VOD application knowledge is preferable.

3、  System engineering/System Architecture engineer (For media switch)
Responsibility:
·          Define Media Switch product feature or design system architecture in the following areas
·          Video program content management (format, organization, etc.)
·          Subscriber management
·          Video program mobility management
·          Subscriber interface
·          Network element and network management
·          Media streaming engine
·          Set top box.
Background requirement:
·          Experience in video applications, including source, set top box, etc.
·          Experience in telecom and broadband networks
·          Mobile network experience
·          Experienced in telecom OSS system
·          Strong analytical, communications skills

4、  SE/SA Engineer (for mswitch or 3G)
Desirable Technical Skills:
·          7++ years experience in telecom industry a must for Staff System Architect.  Less experience will be considered as senior system architect
·          Clear overall view of switching, datacom, wireless network and radio products and related technologies, and the current status of the industry a must.
·          Technical development background and understanding in software/hardware architecture a must.
·          One or more of following experience:
1)  Circuit Switched Domain:
Experience in defining detail core network system architecture highly desirable.
Familiar with GSM/UMTS protocols: e.g. CC, MM, RANAP, MAP, CAP, TCAP, SCCP, M3UA, SCTP, TUP, ISUP, SIP, MEGACO, etc.
Strong experience in one or more of the following products highly desirable: NMS, MSC/VLR, HLR/AuC, OSS, Service Platform, Signaling Gateway, VOIP equipment, router/switch.
2)  Packed Switch Domain:
Experience in defining 3G PS/GPRS system architecture highly desirable.
Technical development background and understanding in software/hardware architecture a must.
Familiar with GSM/UMTS protocols: e.g. GMM, SM, RANAP, MAP, CAP, TCAP, SCCP, M3UA, SCTP, TUP, ISUP, GTP, etc.
Strong experience in one or more of the following products highly desirable: NMS, SGSN, GGSN, router/switch, etc.
3)  Service or Applications Domain
Familiar with GSM/UMTS protocols: e.g. PARLAY, JAIN, H.323, SIP, MGCP, MEGACO, CAP, MAP, INAP, WAP, SMPP, SMTP, etc.
Strong experience in one or more of the following products highly desirable: OSS, MSC, HLR, OSS, Service Platform, etc.

5、System Architect Engineer（3G Node B or RNC）
Desirable Technical Skills:
            · 7++ years experience in telecom industry a must for Staff System Architect.  Less experience will be considered as senior system architect

·  Technical development background and understanding in software/hardware architecture a must.
·  One or more following experience:
1) For RNC
·          Experience in defining detail RNC system architecture highly desirable.
·          Familiar with GSM/UMTS protocols: e.g. NBAP, RANAP, RRC, MAC, RLC, SCCP, M3UA, SCTP, AAl2/AAL5, ALCAP, etc.
·          Strong experience in one or more of the following products highly desirable: OSS, MSC, HLR, OSS, Service Platform, etc.
2) For Node B
·          Experience in defining detail BTS system architecture highly desirable.
·          Familiar with GSM/UMTS protocols: e.g. WCDMA/CDMA2000/TD-SCDMA FDD/TDD physical layer, NBAP, SCCP, M3UA, SCTP, AAL2/AAL5, ALCAP, or GSM/GPRS 05.xx, Abis, etc.
·          Strong experience in one or more of the following fields highly desirable: GSM or CDMA baseband signal processing, RF design, DSP programming, communication algorithm design etc.
6、  NMS software engineer (For media switch)
Responsibility:
·          Agent software in embedded and Solaris environment
·          Manager software in Solaris environment
Background requirement:
·          For agent software engineer, need know SNMP agent platform and be able to define SNMP MIB for managing Set Top Box and server system. Knows C or C++ and be able to develop embedded software and system software.
·          For NMS development engineer, need know SNMP management system, be able to develop NMS software by using Java, knows Oracle database, ODBC and knows basic FCAPS functions in NMS. Java Swing and JSP capability is also required.

7、Firmware Engineer
Background requirement:
Desirable Technical Skills (three or more):
2++ years lower layer software development experience in telecommunication and data communication industry a must.
In depth knowledge and extensive hands-on experience in embedded RTOS (preferably VxWorks) and related development tools.
Understanding and experiences in lower layer communication design and implementation, such as Ethernet, Compact-PCI, network processor, BSP, PMC, PrPMC, etc.
8、In service developing engineers(4),

Familiar with IN system, understand INAP, CAP .  experience in developing BCP,SSF,CCF of SSP.  Understanding GSM services and signaling, experience GSM MAP, CAMEL, VLR development.

9、Software engineer
Requirements:
·          2+ years experience in telecomunication system,Good understanding of
telecom network;
·          Deep understanding of  C5/C4 switch,call control,SS7(TUP/ISUP/MTP),
ISDN(Q.931),V5;
·          Deep understanding of  IP protocols and other L2 below communication
protocols such as HDLC, LAPD/LAPB, MTP2 and so on.
·          2+ years experience in embedded software development, with experience
in BSP;
·          Familar with RTOS(VxWorks or PSOS),Good skill in C/C++;
·          Self-motivated, responsible, eager to learn and learn fast;

10、电信网管开发工程师( for mswitch or 3G)

                 At  least  2  or  3  years  of  software  development  experience
·          ability  to  design  and  develop  complex  system/application  software.  
·          strong  programming  skill  using  Java.
·          other  relevant  experiences  of  Solaris,  Oracle,  Apache.  
·          knowledge  of  telecom  network  management  system.
·          familiar  with  platform  (HP,  Adventnet),  SNMP  protocol.

11、Radio Resource Engineer (for 3G)
Responsibilities:

·          Performing research on RRM (Radio Resource Management) algorithms for 3G WCDMA systems, including power control, transmit diversity, handoff management, call admission control, overload control, packet scheduling, etc.
·          Evaluating RRM algorithms through modeling and simulation
·          Writing documents for algorithms definition, simulation and evaluation
·          Being involved in running simulations and collecting and analyzing the simulation results
·          Reading and understanding the standard/specification in detail
·          Reviewing RRM related documents for other engineers
·          Writing technical memos, contributions and patent disclosures for new ideas

Requirements:
·          5+ years of telecom industrial experience (including 2+ years of RRM related experience), wireless communication experience is strongly preferred; Less than 5 years of experience is OK with a PhD.
·          Familiar with 3GPP standards (especially 25 series)
·          Proficiency with C or Matlab; Experience of simulation tool, such as SPW, OPNET is a plus; System level simulation experience is a big plus.
·          Good understanding of communication theory is required
·          Requires good communication skills at a level necessary to work effectively with and influence cross-functional teams, such as SE, software implementation, field testing.
·          Good English in reading and writing technical specs
·          Master Degree in communication engineering/ radio engineering/ electronic engineering or above is required
·          Self motivated, responsible, eager to learn quickly

12、Staff standard engineer

Desirable Technical Skills:

·          5+ years experience in telecom industry a must.Less experience will be considered for the candidate holding a Ph.D. Degree. Clear overall view of wireless network, radio products and related technologies, and the current status of the industry is a must.

·          Actively involving and frequently making contribution to the standard meeting.
Very familiar with the working process of the working process of the Chinese/International standard bodies, such as ITU, 3GPP, CWTS, ITU, IETF, 3GPP and CCSA..

·          Be an expert in one of the following areas: WCDMA RAN,IN, PARLAY, SMS, WAP, MMS and other IP VAS

·          Experience in defining detail system features and generating system requirements and white papers are highly desirable.
