I currently have a customer that has a really old OLT, that has been fully operational for years and now they want to upgrade it. Although, its current version is really old. Like the following command shows:

But the patches and firmware versions indiced below are not available for download on the Enterprise website and that is the one we have access to.
In this case, the patch SPH111 and the firmware R012C00SPH108 would be needed to be ready to upgrade to the final version.
The only firmware versions that are available on the Enterprise website are the following:
How are we able to acquire the older firmware to perform the whole firmware upgrade procedure?
