Job Description & Responsibilities

1. Work as solution architect for certain RAN product domain under RAN architectureOrg, focus on solutiona areas like: New BB HW, New Radio HW, Systemperformance, Operability, key RRM and call handling domains (like mMIMO andbeamforming, QoS, EN-DC, DSS, CA, Mobility, VoNR, IoT...), servicability,energy efficiency, new interfaces which impact BTS archiecture like eCPRI,common SW and one BTS for multi-RATs;

2. Lead and contribute to relevant solution study and definition with otherstakeholders, as primary technical interface at certain solution level, keepE2E solution delivery mindset cross all R&D development phases, bridgingthe Org boundary;

3. Lead E2E system troubleshooting in its own solution domain for complex system issues(normally cross SW and HW components) during R&D internal development,intergration and system PET and stability test, as main technical interface tolead and support complex system level cases handling from customer field duringNPI and mass roll out, establish and lead TF for troubleshooting for fieldcases like: system performance, sleeping cell, crash, operability issue and soon;  

4. Based RCA and lesson learning from concrete cases, driving continue improvement forcertain soltuion area include but no limited as following areas: technicalsolution and archiecture, WoW and process, Org and competence;

5. Tegother with local CT teams, join and contribute to customer engagement atcertain solution level: Nokia solution technical introduce, customerreuqirement understanding, technical infulence, customer cases handling and RCAcases readout;

Competencies

1. Master degee or above, fluent english and communication is one must;

2. E2E view and system level thinking;

3. Deep RAN product domain knowledge and know-how, at least one of these domain whichis listed in Job description;

4.Technical hands on, solid experience in system architecture and specification,SW development and Test, if experience in more than 1 of these areas, it willbe one plus;

5.Understanding Nokia RAN BTS architecture, deep know-how on certain SWcomponents, can do cases analysis (KPI analysis, troubleshooting) by typicalBTS (eNB or gNB) KPI data, syslog, snopshot, emil, TTI trace, and SW componentslevel specific log;

6. Good people networking in its own solution and technical domains; include withrelevant R&D team, CS team and local projects teams; can coordiante andlead technical taskforce for complex solution defintion, system casestroubleshooting;

7.Customer focus mindset, some customer engagement experience will be one plus;

8. Stressand emotion intellngence, can work under high stress and tight schedule;

9, Resultoritented, can make key technical decision and converge the direction with allkind of data and input, drive case into one conclusion;

10.Passion with excellent product and solution, mindset of continious learning andimprovement, creatively drive best in class product and solution;
