Major responsibilities:
- Attend key testing projects held by operators for Core Network, prove Spirent test solution value.
- Attend key PoC’s held by network equipment manufacturers, prove Spirent test solution value and win competition.
- Provide technical presentations, demonstrations and trainings to Sales team, channel partners and key customers.
- Create, update and present marketing collateral, including data sheets, technical presentations, whitepapers, competitive analysis and case studies.
- Work with Sales team to create reference customer successes by making specific solution proposals and delivering PoC in pilot projects.
- Work as part of the Spirent's Sales team to tailor Spirent solutions and services to customers as required in order to achieve sales objectives.
- Establish strategic working relationship with key customers and understand their technical and business needs.
- Effectively work with internal/external teams to identify/qualify customer requirements and communicate these requirements/ feature requests to Product Marketing and development team.
- Work with Spirent Support and Engineering teams to help solve customer issues.
Job requirement:
- 3 years+ technical experience in Mobile Core Network Industry, experience related to mobile core network testing is a big plus
- Self-motivated, working independently and willing to accept challenges
- Strong verbal, written and customer communication skills in both English and Chinese
- Friendly, outgoing personality, strong team player
- Solid knowledge of 2G, 3G, 4G mobile core network elements (SGW, PGW, MME, etc.) and the relevant 3GPP protocol processes, R&D or testing experience is a plus
- Solid knowledge of carrier, public and enterprise Wi-Fi, testing experience is a plus
- Understanding of telecommunication industry trends, key players, and service provider ecosystems.
- Working relationships with Service Providers and NEMs supplying 3G/4G mobile and Wi-Fi network elements.
- Ability to travel domestically and overseas (50+%)
