总之,经过对3GPP Final Report的仔细研究,我们认为,控制信道(Polar)和数据信道长码(LDPC)不存争议,联想投票事件的焦点在于数据信道的短码,RAN1#86中联想投给了LDPC,但无关大局,RAN1#87中联想投给了Polar,仍票数不够。两次会议态度的不一致,也是问题扑朔迷离耐人寻味的地方。但无论如何,Polar码没拿到数据信道短码责任并不在联想。
