Job Description – Applications & Analytics (A&A) SalesLeader Summary NokiaA&A Global Business Center is seeking a senior, strategic software salesprofessional to develop NOKIA’s A&A business in Market Unit. The Sales leader isresponsible for managing a sales team of account managers and providing strongleadership to build, operationalize, and execute sales strategy into a giventerritory, account or set of accounts. Title: A&A Sales Leader ReportingRelationship: reports to the A&A GBC Market Leader Theposition has the following core responsibilities:
- Responsible for all sales and presales activities of A&A in a given MU
- Drives A&A strategy and customer relationships
- Escalation point for CO and customers for all A&A matters (pre- and post-sales)
- Reports directly to GBC Market leader
- Member of GBC Market Leadership team and MU extended management team
- Directly manages the A&A account managers dedicated to the different customer accounts
- Provides leadership to the A&A market team which includes pre-sales, commercial management, services, and care.
- Approval authority on behalf of A&A for the offers as per LoA.
- Main KPI’s are Orders/Sales/SM and pipeline development and growth for A&A in the given MU.
- Work with Product Units, Marketing and Business Development teams to develop a joint strategy for the market.
- Strictly adhere to the published NOKIA SELL & A&A processes.
- Complete all administrative assignments comprehensively and on-time.
- Represent NOKIA in a professional and an ethical manner.
- Travel to make sales calls and related business activities can be up to 3 to 4 days a week in assigned territory.

Keyexperience and skills required:
- 10+ years of software sales and sales management experience with track record in developing accounts and closing deals.
- Demonstrable track record in consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
- People management experience, particularly managing direct sales teams
- Capable to rapidly acquire knowledge of A&A portfolio to articulate its value proposition
- Customer relationship skills up to senior management/CxO levels
- Account planning and sales strategy experience
- Financial business acumen
- Capable to adapt to the multi-cultural environment of the supported MU, including preferably with language skills to talk the language of the targeted customers
- Excellent English verbal, written, and presentation skills required.
- Strong interpersonal capabilities.
- Creative ‘out of the box’ thinker.
- Exceptional work ethic, the ability to work independently, self-motivated, driven and a strong desire to succeed.
