诺西BSC更换硬盘步骤

最近BSC44出了大量的1860告警，经查看是WDU-0的硬盘出现了故障，在每次备包的过程中，在往硬盘上读的时候出现了问题导致每一次都不能正常的进行。最后决定更换硬盘。

下面是具体的硬盘操作步骤。

1.       Check active alarms !!!
ZAHO;                                                                        

2.       Check that both OMU disks are in WO-BU state
ZISI:,OMU:WDU;                                                   

3.       Prevent the file updates.
ZDUP;                                                                        

4.      List the databases.
ZDBL;                                                         

5.       Prevent the disk updates of all databases
ZDBP:EQUIPM,0ISK;
ZDBP:OEDATA,0ISK;
ZDBP:BSDATA,0ISK;

                   ZDBP:ILDATA,0ISK;      

                   ZDBPDDATA,0ISK;              

6.       Block the WDU which you are changing.
ZISC:,OMU:WDU,0:BL-US;                                            

7.       Check that the WDU which you are changing is the backup disk (WB).
ZIWQ:,OMU:WDU  (Do not enter a semicolon (;)){这个指令不执行只是用ZIWQ进行查看WS=1，WB=0}

8.       Switch off the power. (Alarm 2870 MASS MEMORY POWER SUPPLY FAILURE may be printed out.) Wait until disk rotation has stopped.
                                                                                    

9.       Remove the WDU.                                                

10.   Install the new WDU                                                      

11.   Switch on the power.                                                      

12.   Change the state of the new WDU to WO-ID.

13.   Find the volume of ws WDU(You can get the string form printer)

14.   Initialize the WDU

15.   Check that the new disk is the backup disk (WB).

It is recommended to use a formatted hard disk, since initializing a disk may take time !

16.   Change the state of the new WDU to TE-ID.
ZISC:,OMU:WDU,0:TE-ID;                                            

17.   Diagnose the WDU. (If the diagnosis is successful, you will see Notice 724 (DIAGNOSIS EXECUTED - UNIT OK) output to the printer.)

18.   Change the state of the new WDU to WO-ID.

19.   Set system disk as source disk and root directory as source directory.

20.   Set backup disk (new disk) as destination disk and root directory as destination directory
ZIWY:D:SYSTEM=,,UNIT=OMU,PATH=/,DRIVE=WDU-B;                                                                                            

21.   Copy system disk unit to new disk unit. (This may take approximately 30 minutes, if there are 3 software packages on the disks).

22.   Change the state of the new disk to WO-BU.

23.   Resume the disk updates of databases.

24.   Resume file updates.

25.   Ensure that the database states are restored to NORMAL or DUMPING.

26.   Check that all file updates in the queue have been made on the disk.

27.   Check that the states of the hard disks are correct (WO-BU).

28.   Check that the states of the OMUs are correct (WO-EX, SP-EX).

29.   Check active alarms

补充说明：在完成上述步骤之后，出现了2425告警，经查看发现主用的告警文件与在备用硬盘的告警文件不一致（虽然已经有了阻止更新文件的命令），最后用ZIWY:SATH=-LFILES,DRIVE=WDU-S,UNIT=OMU,;

ZIWY:DATH=-LFILES,DRIVE=WDU-B,UNIT=OMU,;

ZIBC:,,ALHISTGX,ALF,;

最后经过不懈的努力，遇到的困难一一解决后，最终硬盘恢复正常。
