This document describes the Performance Management (PM) part of the
Operation and Maintenance (O&M) system for the Ericsson Long Term
Evolution (LTE) system.
It covers high-level description of the PM architecture, the mechanisms, and
the administrative support for the following PM measurement types:
• PM statistics, counter based measurements
• PM recordings, User Equipment (UE) Trace and Cell Trace
Descriptions of the counters can be found in theManaged Object Model RBS
and theCounter List. The events are described in the PM Event List.
