ITO销售专家负责全球重大项目及战略客户的销售引导、客户交流、以及售前解决方案支持,针对客户的业务痛点引导出适合华为企业管理服务方案的项目有效线索及机会点,根据华为企业服务的战略选择及业务策略制定有差异化的、独特的华为价值呈现,并能把握交流节奏和策略,成功引导后续的项目拓展及解决方案制定;同时能在EBG的主要营销活动中,对外宣传及推广华为企业IT管理服务能力。
具备丰富的业界及行业经验、CXO级别的高层客户交流能力、以及ITO/云化运维的解决方案技能。
To support Huawei’s global Enterprise IT/Cloud Managed Services business, we have streamlined the R&R’s for our consultant team. Currently we have 3 major functional teams (namely, Solution Sales Support, Solution & Product Development, and Delivery Management) within the ITMS group which is to manage Huawei’s global enterprise ITMS business. Consultants will work in these functional teams based on their experience and Huawei’s business needs. JDs for each role are listed below
5+ years direct experience in cloud platform operation, be familiar with private/hybrid cloud, SME for agile development, DevOps, automation, process & SOP, etc.
Based in Shenzhen/China, global travel on demand
1. Lead DevOps practice for Cloud DC Managed Services.
2. Lead DevOps capability development in the key functional areas: methodology, mechanism, process, automation, measurement, culture, etc; and provide expert inputs on industry best practice and own expertise.
3. Support Delivery team to implement DevOps for related global key projects.
4. Support global key project pre-sales solution (i.e. DevOps design & clarification, solution delivery review, etc)
5. To provide training to junior and regional staff to improve their competencies.
6. Other related ad-hoc tasks by management on demand.
