在R14协议中有更新描述36.211 10.2.4.4
For the purpose of the mapping, the UE shall assume cell-specific reference signals for antenna ports 0-3 and narrowband reference signals for antenna ports 2000 and 2001 being present irrespective of the actual configuration.
The frequency shift of the cell-specific reference signals shall be calculated by N_CELL_ID replacing with N_NCELL_ID in the calculation of in clause 6.10.1.2.
