3gpp 29212 Policy and Charing control over Gx/Sd reference point
3gpp 29210 Gx reference/Diameter
3gpp 29213 Policy and Charing control singalling flows and Quality of Service parameter mapping.

其余还有Charing部分的。不过看LZ 要求有AF的。估计是关心policy 更多一点。
