1、在系统广播信道中BCCH中，SYSTEM INFORMATION格式中，First segment（short），complete SIB（short）等中，其中SIB data variable 域的长度是可变的，那么如何得知其中有效数据的长度。
或者说如何得知SIBx的总长度。
在多段复用一个BLOCK时，如何知道每块的长度？

2、在某SIBx中，存在OP项，如何通知接收端改项是否存在于SIB中？

3、在广播信息中存在SFN号无内容的情况，那么实际发送时是否发送改SFN帧，发送的话发送什么内容？

答复如下：
1、BCH的TB size固定为246bit，如果系统消息不足以填满一个TB块，则用0补足。你再结合25.331 8.1.1.1.3以及10.2.48的内容仔细琢磨一下就知道了。

2、ASN.1编解码

3、如果系统消息在BCH上广播，SFN是一定存在的，且等于发送系统消息时刻的的SFN。

你需要阅读一下25.331 12.1.3章节关于padding的描述：

Receivers compliant with this version of the specification have no need to distinguish the extension and padding parts, and shall, unless indicated otherwise on a PDU type basis, accept RRC PDUs with any bit string in the extension and padding parts.

请结合上面这段话仔细体会一下“Figure 12.1.3-2: Padding for System Information”
