买了一台7502E的OLT和电力ONUET824，按照说明书死活就是注册不上，为什么呢，同样按照操作是创建ONU端口，绑定ONUMAC，就是注册不上.
OLT一台，ONU一台，分路器1：8一台，具体配置如下：
OLT没有配置
ONU配置：system-view---interface olt 3/0/1--using 1-32
system-view---interface onu 3/0/1:1--bind onuid 0023-89b9-3352
后来还做了ftth---onu bind auto设置
只做了这两部设置可是不行。

The port's state should be up是不是什么原因导致端口没有起来，所以注册不上啊。。。。。。
