在数传的时候配置DRB 参数，个人认为DRB ID可以从1开始，但是有个兄弟说，前3个都是给SRB用的，所以DRB要从4开始。所以不知道该咋配了，求教

DRB ID是从1开始，但DRB对应的Logical channel ID是从3开始。你们的两个命题，主语都不一样，还争个半天
