1. Nokia GSM NSS Engineers: 5 engineers
REQUIREMENTS:
Knowledge and hand-on experience of Nokia MSC/HLR or BSC is a must.
Degree: Bachelors Degree or college with at least 4 years hand-on working experiences in Nokia NSS (MSC, HLR/VLR) implementation or HW/SW upgrade.

Responsibilities:
Skilled Nokia 2G GSM NSS Engineer required for installation, commissioning and integration, cutover of products(MSC, HLR VLR):
Network Expansions - Installation and Test of Change Notes - Acceptance Testing at Nokia and/or customers premises - H/W retrofits - Basic technical support tasks - On-Site support rota (shift) operation for the customer - Participate in NOS service - Help desk operation - PS service development - Support foreign projects (if required) Candidates must have good English language skills.
You should be Nokia trained (or On-Job-Training) and have a strong background working on Nokia mobile network rollouts (Commissioning, Integration, SAT, Cutover) and/or care service performing these functions.
Support GSM 2G/2.5 G/3G Nokia NSS Switching Network in part of Implementation, Operation and Maintenance. Work in China and other countries.
Qualifications:
At least 3 years experience in Nokia GSM NSS (MSC) Switching network, and or BSC Network.
Bachelor Degree or the equivalent in working experience, plus 3 to 5 years of related Nokia GSM network work experience.
Ability to interact with a variety of people and work well with others in a fast paced environment.
2. BSS Commissioning Engineers (3)
Responsibilities:
BSC commissioning and integration/cutover.
Correct or lead corrections of BSC faults and performance degradations in the managed network.
BSS Configuration Management support through the NMS/2000.
Software Maintenance including load BSC CD's and BTS software utilizing the MS/2000 for BSC maintenance.
