<p>传输机房开关电源及蓄电池的选配问题</p><p>我设备功率总共是1500W左右,这个时候,我在设计中配置-48V/50A开关电源,-48V/150mA蓄电池,请问这个配置有无问题,在知道功率的情况下,大家是如何计算电源及蓄电池的容量的?</p>

设所需供电时长为10H,则蓄电池容量为1500/50×10=300AH,配置整流模块为(0.15×300+1500/50)/50=2,考虑热备份整流模块数为2+1=3。你的配置是在开玩笑,150mA是什么概念!电池的配置需要服从负载及备用供电时长,有了电池容量及负载电流才可以配置整流模块。

-48V/150mA蓄电池是什么概念?MAH还是负载电流!公式没错,只是没有标注。

<p>如果150W是不是该30A的开关电源,然后按1小时电池时间,要40A时的电池了?</p><p>如果是150W,放电时间为1小时,电池容量为150/50*1=3AH</p><p>电池容量为=负载功率/电压*所需供电时间</p><p>开关电源整流模块数=(0.15*蓄电池容量+负载电流)/整流模块单体额定输出电流,该结果只能进位不能舍去;同时考虑N+1备份</p><p>这样能明白不</p>

这里面电池充电电流=参数*蓄电池容量,这个参数8楼是0.15、10是0.1;这个参数是蓄电池的最大充电电流——停电、蓄电池放电过程中来电时,蓄电池充电电流很大哦O(∩_∩)O~


一般为0.1或0.15但建议采用0.15;咱维护的老百姓图一保险!

1、确定机房的中期用电负荷=1500W/48V=31.25A
2、确定蓄电池的后备时间=10小时(我这以10小时为例)
3、根据公式计算出蓄电池容量=31.25*10*1.42=443.75AH
故蓄电池配2组300AH的,没钱的话就2组200AH的即可


环境温度为5摄氏度时,放电小时和对应的系数如下:

高频开关组合电源机架按远期容量配置,整流模块按近期负荷配置,高频开关电源中整流模块数按n+1冗余方式确定,其中n为主用,n<=10时,1块为备用;n>10时,每10块备用1块。主用整流模块总容量应按负荷电源和均充电流(10小时率充电电流)之和确定。


当蓄电池为2组300AH时,充电电流A=2*300/10=60A
负荷电流=31.25A
总电流=60+31.25=91.25A
配多大的开关电源?要是机房没什么发展,就搞个100A组合开关电源即可,满配整流模块
