我是小硕，两年多工作经验，在LU主要做光网络mstp产品的集成和测试
今天接到猎头电话，说UT要招一个类似项目经理的高级网络工程师，直接report给director
应该是类似售后的工作，要独自负责项目
30％的travel时间，可能去东南亚 NetRing/MSTP and GEPON等传输设备
本人已婚
可能月薪10几k吧
不知道各位达人有没有什么建议
现在的公司做的也比较开心
General Skills:
Setup transmission equipments (e.g., NetRing/MSTP and GEPON) at sites for service readiness trials and perform system integration testing. Provide technical documentations on operational procedures and provide presentation to support technical transfer for regional offices or customers if requested. Support and coordinate technical field escalation. Receives very minimal supervision with no formal instruction on routine work and general instruction on new assignments. Excellent written and oral communication skills: proven track record of promoting knowledge share. Proven crisis management skills. Capable of working at the same high level with R&D, Business Units, Product Management, Service Organizations & end-users. Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Applies known solutions to solve problems. Must be able to provide management and account teams of daily/weekly status reports for major/critical customer issues in writing (e.g. email, spreadsheet, etc.). Spoken language fluently: (1) English, (2) Mandarin
