R4载波和H载波的区别

一直不明白什么是R4载波，什么是H载波，它们有什么作用和区别？ 之前在家园搜索了下也曾有人问过类似的问题，看了大家的回复，还是一知半解。 小弟愚笨，求详解，谢谢！

Since 3gpp specification Release 5(R5),as an enhanced technology of 3G, HSDPA/HSUPA/HSPA+(usually be called by a joint name for HSPA) became main tech used to increase the transmission rate of DL/UL data.
So R4 Cell carrier dont support HSPA tech,on the other hand H carrier support HSPA tech.
Q:How to distinguish a HSPA tech cell
Answer:In sysinformation 5,there is a IE indicate the cell whether or not support
