我想问一下 5%小区边缘容量是什么意思？是指占总容量的5%吗？ 还有5%扇区吞吐量又是咋回事呢？

in my opinion, 5% cell throughput and 5% edge throughput is almost the same, which is defined as the 5% percentile of the CDF of cell's throughput
